Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13, 14 GDPR
1. Data controller

2. Data collected and purposes of processing
2.1 Website visits
This website is hosted by: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Information on the hosting provider's own data protection practices is available here: ALL-INKL.COM privacy information (German only).
When you access this website, technically necessary access data is processed. This may include in particular:
- truncated IP address
- date and time of access
- page or file accessed
- browser type and version
- operating system
- referrer URL, where transmitted
IP addresses in the server log files are stored in truncated form. Log files are deleted after 30 days, unless longer retention is required in an individual case to investigate technical faults or security-relevant incidents.
The hosting provider may additionally compile technical access statistics from the access data. These are used to evaluate page views and to technically monitor website operation.
This data is required to technically provide the website, ensure the stability of the service, and detect possible faults or attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of the website.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
2.2 Order form and analysis commission
When submitting a part for analysis, the following data is collected: name, company, email address, part information, and the uploaded CAD file. This data is used exclusively for carrying out the commissioned analysis and for communication relating to the order. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
2.3 Payment processing (Stripe)
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment data is processed directly by Stripe; readyforam does not receive full card data. Stripe, Inc. is based in the United States; processing may therefore involve a transfer of personal data to a third country (the US). This transfer is safeguarded through Stripe's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, through EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Stripe's own privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
2.4 Analytics and audience measurement (PostHog)
If you have given your consent via the cookie consent banner, we use the analytics service PostHog to evaluate the use of our website (including page views, click behavior, conversion flows, and anonymized session recordings to improve usability). Input in form fields (e.g. name, company, email address in the order form) is automatically masked and never recorded in plain text.
The provider is PostHog Inc.; data processing takes place via PostHog Cloud's EU region, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. No transfer to a third country takes place. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with PostHog. PostHog's own privacy policy additionally applies: posthog.com/privacy.
Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with future effect via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer (see also section 4).
3. Retention period
Personal data and uploaded part files are stored only for as long as required for the respective purpose:
- Technical server log data (see 2.1) is deleted automatically by the hosting provider after 30 days.
- Uploaded CAD/part files are deleted four weeks after completion of the commissioned analysis.
- Invoicing and accounting-related data is retained for ten years in accordance with statutory retention obligations under German law (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB).
After expiry of the respective period, the data is deleted unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent (e.g. optional analytics cookies), you may withdraw that consent at any time with future effect (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority competent for readyforam, the Brandenburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Access to Information (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg), Stahnsdorfer Damm 77, 14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany (lda.brandenburg.de).
5. Cookies
This website uses technically necessary cookies for website operation, and optionally additional cookies for analytics purposes. Further information is provided via the cookie consent banner when you first visit the website.
During the payment process (Stripe Checkout), Stripe additionally sets technically necessary cookies to carry out the payment and for fraud prevention, including:
- __stripe_mid – required to carry out a card transaction, stores a session ID; duration approx. 1 year.
- __stripe_sid – used for the payment process, stores a session ID; duration until end of session.
If you have given consent (see 2.4), PostHog additionally sets the following cookie:
- ph_phc_..._posthog – stores an anonymous visitor/session identifier for website usage analysis; duration up to 365 days. Only set if you selected "Accept all".
6. Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place. The AM suitability analysis (Check and Review) is carried out by readyforam and is not used to make automated decisions about the client.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy when the legal basis or our data processing practices change. The current version is always available on this page.
